What equips should I go with for starters. Also, stats...str for equips the rest vitality? Any suggestions? Etc etc.

Im not a www expert, but I do know that eventually you want to aim for a buster sword + skull of the unclean combo. (see wiki) They were designed specifically for ww barbs.
Highest weapon damage is the most important aspect, since ww isn't affected by IAS on Annihilus. 75% DR, max resists, life/mana leech, etc
I have a buster sword...just basically need URRYTHING else lol. But I'll get there. Thanks guys

Try crafting some ethereal thundermauls u could get a even crazier weapon then the buster sword, if ur rly lucky
