Death Don't Matter:
All characters start all over Blood Moor. As soon as you get a kill, you go to town and stay there until the end of round. If you get killed, you MUST go right back out and get back to work, until there's only one person who has no kills. That person is out. Start next round, minus that person. Repeat until it's 1v1, winner is champion. Other prizes can include most kills, most FIRST kills, and least deaths. Scoring can be a little complicated, but it seems like a fresh take on your normal free for all.

FML:
One character at a time must make it from town to cold plains while all other characters try to kill them. Special stips can include no teleporting, no holy freeze auras, no bone walls or prisons, etc. They can either make a mad dash for it, or try to fight opponents off. Could also work for naked lvl 1 characters. All characters who make it get a prize.

Set Wars:
This one takes some planning and prep, but it goes like this: Host levels up a number of characters to 80 and gears them with ONLY regular set items. No gear that isn't part of the set. Then have any tournament format you'd like using ONLY those characters. Special stips: No Cthullhu, BK, or other new content sets.

Naked mile: Lvl 1 characters race to a town portal placed in A1, possibly in the middle of a nasty mob like Blood Raven or Rakanishu. First ones through win. You die, you start again. Can also be done in HC without re-tries.

Thoughts, ideas? Just looking for a way to have more tourneys with less repetition.
