You can do the same thing with the Plaguebringer dagger from the LK. Conviction works against poison res as well as elemental res on this mod. The proc from the dagger is enough to kill him even without Conviction if you need to have Salvation up instead. I tested it. Frostmourne is a bit faster is all

I've had the most luck finding Keys when I'm farming Plaguelands with my Barb. I find them all using the Find Item skill on corpses there. I've never had one drop on kill.Originally Posted by madcow1989

By the how your barb deal with physical immune? the chances of IK amplifying curse just dont seems to proc on me:P
It procs pretty fast in large packs of monsters. Takes a bit longer on single target. I equip two 9-10% -phys immunity BK rings. That with the 10% from the IK belt seems to make a significant difference. Gear with -res% pierces immunities at full value on this mod where as conviction, amp damage curse, and the lower resist curse only work at 20% effectiveness towards breaking immunities.
You can add Saracen's Chance ammy to your set up for an extra 10% chance to proc Amp if you feel the need.

It doesn't. However, there is a sword that you can equip on your act 3 or 5 merc that has an aura which reduces enemy phys resist.
