    Launcher and Installer wont run on my PC?

    I have Diablo 2 and Expansion installed on my computer but i can't use the launcher i downloaded from your site. It says file can not run on this PC. I have Windows 10 64bit. I have used the program in the past to play on your servers but this time around it wont let me. Can anyone help me with this problem?
