I've always gone by east NL gm melee rules, but I'm seeing some other senseless rules being spread around here, like no Fort, no eth armors, and no Ravenfrost rings. What are the actual rules here, and wtf would you ban Ravens?

these have been posted for a while, and are the rules the tournament will be using, with a few minor additions.
Non-eth fort is allowed, raven frost is allowed.
