Where does puzzle box drop?

Oh? I read that the bosses in the dreamlands dropped them... or is that a different box?

Those are the cthulhu puzzle boxes, each one of the dreamlands bosses drops a puzzle box, and you need all 4 to get to cthulhu. You need the ctoggha one that drops from any monster in hell to get corrutped items tho.

Same name, but different clues as to where you're supposed to cube them to open them.

Dont forget item find skill. ganesh RW is good if youre not a barb. found my puzzle box at mappo using find item. heard plaguelands is good for farming puzzle boxes too.

Item find skill is the only way to find puzzle boxes, without it you probably never find any
