Ukon, I am glad you have an opinion on how you think the game should be, but sadly your opinion is at odds to what the majority of people here want.

We will be resetting ladder for the third time in march.

Hopefully you'll still be playing here for the reset, and when the reset happens you'll see why a reset on annihilus is different than regular diablo 2.
