There is no way of recovering it sadly since its easily abused.
As norp mentioned, unfortunately we cannot restore deleted characters, we made this decision in the past when people were "deleting" characters to have them restored and duplicated their items. After that we decided anything that was caused by user error and not server error was not something we could resolve, sorryOriginally Posted by petete_1
