Max Physical Resist, Magic Resist & Fade

Magic Resists caps at 75, it is not affected by Hell penalty.

Physical Resist cap here is also 75, also not affected by penalty!

Fade always gives 1% DR per whatever level it is, level 50 will give 50% DR. You can look on Fade's tooltip in-game, I updated it to show Physical Resists a while ago Sounds like someone gave you some bad information!
