1) Add an enhanced damage (level 3 or 4) chant (requires a mark of the dragon slayer?)
2) Add a 5% max res (level 4 probably) chant (requires a constricting ring?)

Miscellaneous

If there aren't going to be any mark drops and Ultima Weapon will at the least drop level 5 orbs, can you at least consider letting him drop a standard of hell (or something else of some value).
