"Unhandled Exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION (c0000005)" problem

Try to run all the launchers in Compatibility mode for Windows 7
Run as Administrator
Run the D2VidTst in compatibility mode for Win7 and try different settings

Done all of that and still doesn't work...
