It's rarer due to overall nerf to drop rates... So now there are a lot less people farming things like pits and a lot more people farming bosses and bosses drop uniques 99% of the time so sets are very rare.

That being said, map farming is becoming more popular and with that sets like IK chest should becoming more common.
