When is the last time you did an actual restart on the computer? Not a shutdown, but a restart. Shutting down doesn't fully restart OS processes, a restart can fix a LOT of issues because of this.

Meant to post this yesterday. A simple restart fixed the issue


Not sure what went haywire prior to the restart.
