Need more Info and random error

Hello all.

So ive been trying to get this working for a day or so but no luck.

Is there a certain version of the game im ment to have before using Annihilus Installer?
I first trying on a 1.13c version to got this error while the installer was installing.. "Component 'MSCOMCLT.OCX' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." Clicking the Annihilus shortcut on the desktop gives the same error and nothing loads. I am able to load the game via game.exe and enter the realms but unable to create or host games.

Next i tried on a freshly installed version of diablo, same error but using game.exe allows me to enter the realms and create/join games?

After creating my first game i switched to the new res and all was fine, i then left the game and am now unable to create/join games, I get either an unhandled exception or failed to join game.

Well.. Some games i can create fine, same fail to join and some give unhandled exceptions, on the games i can create i get 900+ ping so im kinda giving up on this...
