Cannot load D2Ex2.dll

Hello. I will try to be breaf :
I have D2 LoD patch 1.13d. Worked nice in Single Player.
I download Annihilus Instaler (Annihilus.exe) - run it - instaled it same folder as my D2 folder - i followed all steps from How to connect guid.
I got this Annihilus Launcher. I re-update it.
The issue is this : when i want to start the game using Diablo 2.exe , i get poped up this message : "The procedure entry point RegSetKeyValueA could not be located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll"
If i want to start game using Annihilus Launcher , i get some other message : "Cannot load D2Ex2.dll"

I am running Windows XP Pro Performance Edition ; Service Pack 3.

Before I download and used Annihilus Instaler game worked perfect, now it does not start.
I tryed uninstall/reinstall = Same issue.

Any help ?

I dont know this 100% but i think i remember hearing that Annihilus doesnt support XP.

This is correct, we unfortunately do not support XP.

You might need Microsoft NET framework installed, though I'm not sure if that's true.

Try running both your game exe and Annihilus launcher under Windows XP compatibility.
(Right click the .exe, go to Properties, click on Compatibility tab)

Also try to run .exe as Administrator.

I have Windows 10 and I just installed the new patch 6.1. When I run the Annihilus Launcher as administrator, I get the same alert: Cannot load D2Ex2.dll!
