I'm a level 8 barb with 20 dex / 131 attack rating. This means I have a 22% to hit Dark Archers, the adds by the Blood Raven. Is it normal to miss this often or is this quest meant to be revisited later?

Research is correct. Everything has been made harder to give a bit more of a challenge, since items are stronger here we didn't want the monsters to be pushovers Welcome by the way! Glad to have you here.

In normal I do believe all monster defense is back to how it is on normal servers, I don't plan on lowering nms though
