Idea for new rune

What about a Dam rune.

Adds +75 dmg ( Weapons )
Armor ??
Shield ??
Helm ??

We need something to compete with grief runeword and it would be rly nice for in a frostmourne/azure

And i'd love to see a yellow dye! ( Light radius )

Only works with weapons and then put behind ( Does not work on bows )

I'm pretty sure bowas do near the most damage in game at the moment. I can hit around 9k ga with a empty inv. You have to make items scaling with the possibility of full builds. Windforce deals mass damage as it is. Imagine a 75+ flat damage x3 in WF.
