The game server is up at the moment, so it's probably something on your end.
Are you getting a failed to join game message every time you try?

Nope I don't. Well I play on other private (modded) servers, and original battle.net as well. problem occurs only there...
Did you patch diablo 2 LoD to 1.13d before installing annihilus?
Of course, as addition I tried mod on single player and it runs flawlessly.
Ok that means there isn't an issue with the patch or server, it's something on your end that is blocking you from joining a game.
So it's like internet provider blocked my connection to some port range or something? I'll try this patch in my home tommorow and will check if that's the cause.
It has to be something along those lines. If it was a server issue you wouldn't be able to connect to the server at all, or the game server could be down and everyone else would be having the same issue as you(which is not the case at the moment). If it was a patch issue you'd be able to join a game, but your client would crash shortly after joining.
