    shrines

    like the nemesis bracers id diablo 3 that spawns elites from shrines. add more monster shrines or an act has a chance to spawn all monster shrines or some such

    Shrines are actually very hardcoded, and not something I can really change to that extent. I wish I could, I could have a lot of fun
