poison damage on items may or may not be accurate i dont feel like checking again, last i remember it was some bizarre calculation that i couldn't figure out

The first 4 are actually amulets that monsters wear lampogriz, and are unobtainable. Viper Trample are boots that should be spawning, and have existed since 1.0.
