Is worth hunt tristam boss and others at normal dificult?
and where to drop trang set and mav bow/diadem?

Run tristram bosses at norm isnt the most efficient, you would prefer to hunt at plaguelands ( new zone in burial lands act1 ( blood raven zone)) where there's a lot of monsters that can drop goodies.
You can also go for nightmare (same zone) or cow level for grand charm ( i dropped 2 soj there too) and hunt for andariel nightmare to start with ( these are good tradebaits).
Finally, there's no specific drop spot for trang and mav bow/diadem.
The best way is to find a zone where you can hunt fast and safe ( start with act 1 pits/ andariel/meph/ act5 named etc etc, then when you'll have more stuff you could try inferno pits /plaguelands/baal/tristram).

You can also search for a player to play with often, and making deal with him, playing with someone is better for a lot of reason, if you can find a way to work out with someone, you should do great

if im right, some parts of the class sets can drop in nightmare inferno/tristram/dreamlands/plaguelands.

But not all.

if you dont get inferno norm/nm cleared, try some hell cows/mephisto or nightmare cows. At least nightmare cows are doable and you can find skiller there like thessarill already said. They go for good stuff or a highrune if they
are one of the more worthy ones (like java/bow or pc pala)
