Shield Throw questions!

and i suspect that, being a ranged attack, it suffers from the ranged penalty for CB, right?

what is the range penality? I dont know if it does, but it seems pretty effiicient.
I have 135 ias and 100% cb actually and a plague run is less than 2 min ( with 30 sec to go to burials ground)

Normal monster: 1/4 Melee, 1/8 Ranged Attack.
Boss/Champion monster: 1/8 Melee, 1/16 Ranged Attack.
Player/Hireling: 1/10 Melee, 1/20 Ranged Attack.

that's how much of their HP it takes/ hit

What masteries does shield throw use? weapon mastery or throw weapon mastery?

It uses the mastery of whatever weapon you have equipped.
