Any thoughts? I want to buff my sorc beyond Tal's set. I am talking about strictly PVM without the need for magic find at all. Lightning seems the way to go because you can farm all areas of the game with it.

I wanna test out a sorc that uses all some kinda lightning haven't thought of which yet, frozen orb and enchant so I've thought about this aswell.
I reckon for sorc there is none. So unless there is something I don't know then, what you need instead is to up your merc so ice/fire/lightning immunes are no longer an issue. The Merc would have to be from act 2. Infinity Great Poleaxe is going to be your big item. Although that is going to be hard to find (luckily hell cows might work for 4 socket ones), is going to be a must for him. For you to burst the magic immune.
Armour and Helm I havn't thought of too much.
