Hc on death to SC (like in poe)

Reading into some poe mechanics right now, so i wondered.

Is it possibly to have the system changed to move dead HC chars not to void but to SC?
True HC players will consider this as a regular death and create another one. But it's not that frustrating to lose the char completely.
Also could revive the HC here, make it a lot more interesting and bring more ppl to play it.

We come to a point in SC where everybody (especially older players) lose interest, because you either got everything, there is no more challenge and there is NO pvp going on at all, for obvious reasons.

In HC the new items are actually something special, and with more players you can do the new content quite ok instead of alone.
