So the idea is pretty simple.
1. People are instructed to make mule accounts w/ items enclosed
2. they then send the account and password information to a GM
3. the GM exchanges the items between the characters
now both players have the items they require, and it won't be restricted by time zones or schedules ^.^

I can also be a mediator if people want ( Hold the items, and give them when ur online ).
Ur idea is nice as well, can also do it that way!
