problem with color dyes

hiho

i just colored my equipment white. When i tried to color my runeword banish (in protector shield) it neither has colored white in my character screen, nor in my ingame shield slot...

basically i just wasted 500g on the letters "color: white"... :´D

did i made a mistake or is it just, that something specific cannot be colored? (is it runewords? is it because pala-shield? is it because shield slot?)

hope, some1 can explain this to me to prevent further gold sinks

afaik pala shield cant spawn with any colour mode (in vanilla)

The only things that will get no effect from the dye's are Pala shields, Rings, Amu's, Quivers and Circlets.
