Bhammers and concentration!

I know there's a new "1 lvl of concentration=1% CB"...but...does that equate to blessed hammers now? Will they deal CB damage?

Only spells that scale off of weapon damage will trigger on hit effects and things like CB / DS, therefore Hammers will not. I just wanted to make concentration aura have more use outside of hammerdins, it is great on summon necros now because of the CB it gives the summons.
