6.13.1 Patch Notes

Annihilus Legacy 6.13.1 Changelog:


General:

• M'avina's Warsong set has been enabled and will drop in ilvl 87+ areas, just like the other uber class sets.



Classes:

Amazon

• Lightning Strike has been replaced with Static Strike. Static Strike continuously shocks your target while lowering their lightning resistance, and will attempt to spread to nearby enemies. Static Strike carries 100% weapon damage and can proc on striking effects.


• Lightning Fury's damage per level has been increased. Damage synergy % has been increased to 30%, up from 28%.


• Lightning Arc's damage per level has been increased at later levels.


• Guided Arrow can once again benefit from +% chance to pierce, allowing it to continuously attack the same target.



Items:

• Orb of Transmogrification has had its tooltip updated to warn users to not use it on uber set items as it has a chance to reroll as the non-uber version. Instead, as a workaround, you can now cube the orb with the uber set items if you want to reroll them.


• Due to technical limitations, Tal Rasha's Denouement and Trag'Oul's True Guise were not dropping from their respective bosses. As a workaround, they will drop as their previous unique versions, but can simply be cubed to upgrade to the uber set version.


• Tal Rasha's Denouement is now much less likely to be found as a world drop, as the previous drop rate was way too high.


• Hellfire Torch's Hellfire Nova proc has been removed. The stat will still show on existing torches, but it is disabled.



Monsters:

• All monsters that use Pyroblast have had their Pyroblast damage greatly reduced.



Bugs:

• Blank Rune from the Gold Vendor no longer functions the same as Blank High Rune. Whoops.
