Best items to use Chance Orbs on?

I was thinking all the OP item base types, like Hydra Bow to get a Windforce. Is there anything in particular that would be a REALLY good candidate?

False actually guys, ilvl does matter. Uniques require the item to be a certain ilvl, for example Windforce needs ilvl 87. Orb of Chance specifically states it retains the items original ilvl for this reason.

This has actually been how diablo 2 has worked since inception . I believe its ilvl 80 for the highest end merc amulet.
