Help please

Ok so i was playing anni fine for a week or two and now i get a stupid error message out of nowhere and nothing i do fixes it.
game opens fine and everything,
when i click the button to go onto the server and login to my account
i get the c0000005 message and it closes the window
help please!
ive tried re updating, re installing everything from scratch, different compatibility modes, i already have it set to run as admin. idk..
