Eth Bugged shield?

hey guys, just found a clean 0 socket eth kurast shield, 45 res.

i know that i can bug this by using the cube recipe to get the sockets for exile, does it work on this server?

and, what are the chances that ill end up with what i need?

yes, you can ebug with cube socket recipe, same as original battle.net
number of sockets is random
