I don't play the mod nowadays because of The Division and necromancers but I still like to see new content dropping to wiki and I wanted to contribute with an idea that is synergic to the new items.

Token of Death

+ All skills (based on life)
Health is maxed to %30
-50 to all resistances
Replenish life -300
%100 chance to cast level 120 12 bone spirits on death (can make a different concept for this, i was thinking about bone spirits bursting from body)

Should be a very rare drop from Malthael. Good players already know why this item would be so good.

Na it is more like getting superb value out of Malthael drops and getting good + skills from a charm alone. Not everyone can use it though.
