I can enter in game only using the diablo II.exe in windowed mode (and still seeing the Annihilus 3.2 version in the right side of the window) and, btw, can upgrade the game from diablo II.exe, the #upgrade command doesn't work
Can you download it directly from here instead of using launcher? http://launcher.annihilus.net/AnnihilusInstaller.exe

Just run that and extract it into your 1.13c folder.
