Correct, D2's poor statsheet cannot handle damage from two different elemental applications, so you have to look at the skill itself and add up the two elements, then add your basic attack damage to it as well. SorryOriginally Posted by LordManhammer

Is Vengeance cast speed based? It doesn't seem to matter what my attack speed is, it always attacks at the same speed.Glad to hear it
I guess so. You can use it without a weapon. This changes everything
It's definitely attack speed based, the "animation" speed will always be the same for the area attack though.
