I'll revive this once again with hopes of getting more players with new ideas.

First of all, I think a 5% To All Maximum Resists Enchantment Scroll would be a nice addition.

And below is one of my older idea's I came up with a long time ago that I decided to redo.

Nihlathak's Teleportation Chain
Amulet
Level Requirement: 94
15% Chance To Cast Level 50 Bone Spirit When Struck
100% Chance To Cast Level 50 Corpse Explosion When You Die
+2 To All Skills
+2 To Magic Skills
+30% Faster Cast Rate
+30% Faster Hit Recovery
+1 To Teleport
+15-25% To Magic Skill Damage
20% Increased Energy
All Resistances -10-20
5% To All Maximum Resists

I'd assume the best place for this Amulet to drop would be from Nihlathak himself.
It would make farming for Destruction Keys a lot more interesting for sure.

Indeed, I wouldn't suggest it be to easy to find either.
If it was able to drop from Nihalthak it would have to be extremely low chance to drop.
Crucible would be another good place for it since there are Nihlathaks in there also.

And now that I look at it again, the Increased Energy could be 10-20% so that more stats vary.
Or possibly even the FCR or the FHR or both, but glad you like the idea Sleezy.
