Hmm.. I just tested out the full install download. Looks to be working just fine.

No problem! Whatever you do, do not buy a new diablo. It will be 1.14 version which you cannot use anyways!

It works fine in Windows 10 for me, if that is what you're using. What exactly is it doing?
