with 4.0, i can play offline with new item? and map?

Only dreamlands, cthulhu and new locations in act 2,3,5 works offline, so some items are available, and some aren't

-I can confirm that the mark of the twins is there (2% proc chance) and instead the bloodlust proc got removed. Its this an error?
