Swap out Grief for Last Wish

With Last wish you won't need Goblin Toe. Maybe Death's Advance.

Get a con ring and madness ring ( Crushing bow/vita )

You also won't need Dracul's with Last wish. You'll have splash damage, life tap, pretty much all of the CB you need and might. Swap dracs for Hysteria. Use Medusa's gaze to max out slow target. The chance to cast lower resists from that shield on damage taken might be an issue.
