I used to be able to enter a game before i made the DEP exceptions, now I cant even log in to the annihilus server.

got it workng.. turns out my antivirus was blocking it.
next question, are the servers always super laggy on the D2PK realm? i cant walk around the d2pk house without flashing back

No its not. D2PK server ping is fine. it is mostly where he is located or something on his end with his computer.
