Is there a good cheap build that can kill all or almost all endgame boss?

Yes, they drop randomly in any hell difficulty zone. Magic find has effect on their drop rate. The only thing that will increase their chances of dropping is the quantity increase from having multiple players in game. The most commonly farmed area is either hell or inferno cows as the sheer amount of monsters in those zones that die quickly will make it feel like more scrolls are dropping than normal. You can also buy a random enchant from the gold vendor

Currently I do have a IK shield throw barb, but he more for clearing plagueland and DreamLand (Starting). fire Trap SIN with NAT set killing dream land and a trang necro to do LK and suicide rift diablo
Guess I will stick with this set-up till I can build a strong light Zeal or light smith? hahaha

Just a little protip: Time Rift Diablo does all fire damage(as far as I can tell). You can negate all of the damage that he deals buy maxing out your fire resistance to 95 with vex runes in your armor/helm/shield, stacking your fire res above 145 total(he has -50 fire res pierce), and stacking fire absorb. I use two Dwarf Star rings and a Rising Sun ammy for a total of 98 fire absorb. This not only makes his fire damage neglegible but as long as you can survive the hit, it actually heals you. My pally can face tank him indefinitely without leech The Blood Knights use shield throw as a ranged attack which seems particularly susceptible to shield block. I don't even bother fighting them for the most part and just nuke Diablo then run to the Butcher.

Here's a quick video of the fight. As you can see, the Cow Queen set wasn't the best choice for this set up but I wanted teleport and MF. I'm using Frostmourne but any damage source will do. Elemental procs seem to hit harder when combined with a lvl 25 conviction aura. In the video I'm using a 1 point Salvation aura because I was lacking fire resist Hope this helps.
