This is why you have at least a couple mules rushed to a5 hell, so they can grab drops from anywhere. At least to a4, if you don't wanna level them.

I've had these bosses drop three of a kind several times when it comes to uniques. Usually it's three rings or amulets. Never something this unlucky though
