In the events, when you announce the winners, announce what class the winners played, as well as the rest of the winners/players. Sure, this will cause some bitchery, but it will also keep particular classes from always playing the same boring classes over time (I'm looking at you, trap-sins pretending you're hybrids because it's easy to just ww when people get close) if people see it and diversify their classes.
