Annihilus: Souls of the Rift is now Live!

I have a problem when I want to install it, in the middle of the instalation it says "An error occurred while downloading. Please ensure all copies of the game are closed and try again". I've tried restarting the computer and even uninstalling the diablo 2 folder and installing a virgin one to use it for the server but nothing worked.
