It's getting better with each patch. What I do is play one season and then skip 2 seasons before playing it again. That way there is actually a decent amount of new content to explore.

No clue, I only play videogames on PC.
Xb1 d3 is decent, seems very easy to get to high grifts, unlike the pc version where it takes forever.
