It's actually EXTREMELY easy. No hard coding needed.

Input 1 = "helm,eli,uni" or more specifically "(item type),mod"
Input 2 = (item code for special item)
Output = "usk,mod" or more specifically "(item code),mod"

You'd have to do one for every elite base. That's 8 helms, 5 gloves, 15 body armors, 5 belts, 8 shields. That's 41 total recipes, 62 if you include class specific items and Diadem.

Hah, if only it was that easy friend. If you do that you will completely change the requirements of an item, you can make a stormshield into a sacred targe for example, or an arkaine's valor into a dusk shroud. It can also work in a negative way too, turning a weapon into one that looks cooler but the stats are crappier. That breaks the game completely. He is referring to how imports worked on D2PK / Project D, where the item keeps all of the requirements / defense / weapon damage of the original item, but just has the look of another. You need to look at the bigger picture, I appreciate you trying to help though

yea that's exactly what im talking about... like my tals helm with all stats and requirements but it looks like a spired helm
