Cube recipe - Reroll sockets

This idea came to me after I rolled 1 socket in an ebug Monarch. Lol

There isn't a recipe for this yet, right?

Correct, things like this are rough though because this kind of recipe allows the real eth defense bug where it goes to 6111 defense, and we don't want a lot of those running around ;/
