Been stuck without full screen since patch

Can someone tell me the fix i've asked a few times nothing worked yet.. No I'm not on a laptop, No I can't run video test it does literally nothing when I opened it, repatching deleting d2ex2 and replacing it with d2exefull renamed as d2exe is not working either.. Could really use some help

Right click your Diablo II icon and click properties. Then click the find target button. (Basically we're going to your Diablo II folder) Now, look in the folder you're in. And find either Diablo II.exe or Game.exe and right click drag to your desktop and create a shortcut. It should run in full screen mode. Hope it helps.
