Could someone tell me where are the area that has been modified?

I am talking about the crypt zone in the cemetery that has been removed from patch 1.11. Is there anything like this?

Or diablo has been upgraded to be able to drop every items if I'm right.

I know of tristram and Inferno, but I am not there yet, I am still doing my first chars and I need good spot to MF!
