Crash lost me items

At about 1:30 PM central time, the servers crashed and everyones game went down.
I was xfering a newly bought 3-2-2 seraphs ammy, a 3% bk, and my eth odium back to my smiter. I had my friend give me my odium back, and he does not have it after the crash. Ring and ammy is present. I would like for my 14-15 odium to be restored.
If there is proof required of these items actually being owned by me, I do have others who can vouch of them.

EDIT: Like to note that the odium was picked up before it crashed. Somehow its gone.

Same thing happened to me just now. I lost 4 items in a private xfer game due to server crash;

- verdungo belt
- Vamp haze helm
- HoZ shield
- Andy Visage
- Polearm that gives holy shock aura and does static and nova on hit

Can i get those back? Had to do quite a few runs to find those. Especially that last one.
