Yes, that Was probably the cause. At my home I can create game without any problems. But another issue appears - notorious lag (200-500 ping), but i think I cannot overcome it, because I am from eastern europe, and this server is in US.

same problem here i have lvl 98 hc so i never have the problem ...

try some things:
-enable or disable DEP
-run as admin with winxp comatible
-dont forget to run annihilus_realm.reg file

Most Eu players do have higher ping. I can't think of anything to help along those lines. There might be a vpn relay program similar to wtfast that might work. I don't know how useful those things are. No computer settings will fix your lag however.
